Our stay at Casa By The Lake was amazing. The terrace restaurant offered breathtaking views, and the staff was cooperative and informative. We were even allowed early check-in and check-out. Despite the cozy room size, we found the wooden furniture comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with attractions like City Palace and Lake Pichola within walking distance. we had a great stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the city with many cafes and shops nearby. The rooftop offered an incredible view of the city and an ample space to relax and enjoy the scenery. It was also a great starting point for visiting Karni mata temple and Jagdish temple.
The customer service wasn't up to par as the owner arranged a car hire for us with a driver who didn't speak any English and drove poorly. The owner also asked for additional payment for tolls and parking, even though we had paid in advance with him.

The hotel had two great complementary features that we really enjoyed during our Easter stay. The first was an incredible roof terrace that provided a beautiful view of the city and lake. The second was the friendly and helpful staff that guided and supported us throughout our stay. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city palace and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Ultimately, the combination of these factors made our trip very memorable and enjoyable.
One of the biggest issues we faced during our stay was the weak and unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. This made it difficult to plan and communicate our trip, and was a real inconvenience.
